Equipment Warranty

Depending on the equipment and the level of protection you choose at the time of purchase, our warranties range from 2 year parts and labor to over 14 years. Crystal Waters does not bury extended warranty packages in our quotes. With full transparency, we work with you to find the most suitable warranty package for your specific situation


Service Call Warranty

Our standard warranty for service call parts and labor is 2 years. However, if you are a Crystal Comfort Guard Partner, we extend that to a 3-year parts and labor warranty. This ensures that your service repairs are covered for an extended period, giving you additional peace of mind.


Parts Warranty After Labor Expiration

If your labor warranty has expired, there is still a good chance that your equipment is under a parts warranty. In these cases, we take the time to order the warranty part, and process the necessary paperwork. Next, we arrange for the parts to be delivered and installed in your home, and we cover the cost of the parts until the manufacturer credits us back the cost. We’ll manage the process from start to finish, so you don’t have to worry about the paperwork or logistics.


Mechanical System Warranties

Mechanical system warranties can be complex, as each piece of equipment carries its own standard terms, with many offering extended warranty options for both parts and labor. We aim to simplify this for our customers by providing clarity on what is covered. Our warranty covers the specific parts and services performed by Crystal Waters. However, mechanical systems are complex, and issues may arise that are unrelated to the work we completed.
To ensure your system stays in top condition, regular maintenance and proper use are essential. Our warranty does not cover problems caused by pre-existing issues, lack of maintenance, unrelated component failures, or damage resulting from misuse or third-party work.
