HVAC Promotions
1&2 – Based on qualifying equipment selected with sales agent after specifications and compatibility of devices is determined. Filters include (4) standard matching filters for your furnace. Preventative Maintenance includes free annual inspection and multi point full service tune up of newly purchased equipment.
3 – Includes detailed inspection, and multi point full service tune up on previously regularly maintained equipment. If your equipment was neglected, improperly used or abused, or is at the end of its life cycle, additional servicing may be required to restore the equipment to an optimized operating condition. In these cases, customers will be notified of inspection findings before taking further actions.
Plumbing Promotions:
1&2- Based on qualifying equipment selected with sales agent after specifications and compatibility of existing plumbing is determined. Showerhead includes either a Delta In2ition or Moen Magnetix hand held and cradle fixture in chrome to retrofit to existing showerhead with no plumbing rough in modifications included. Preventative Maintenance includes free annual inspection and multi point full service tune up of newly purchased equipment.
3 – Offer requires whole home poly B remediation, and not just certain supply lines. Based on qualifying equipment selected with sales agent after specifications and compatibility of existing plumbing is determined. Flo by Moen system includes new smart shutoff valve.
4 – Boiler system scope TBD after assessment on site with Crystal Waters representative. Preventative maintenance will be determined by the system designed and installed.
